About
We all have goals and dreams that we would like to pursue, but in our pursuit of them, we may encounter hurdles that may prevent us from taking those first steps or when we have started, we may encounter hurdles that keeps us stuck from taking the next steps forward.
Some of these hurdles may be:
- Overwhelm
Overwhelm can arise when we have too many things to do but feel lost at which one to prioritize doing first. It can feel like a traffic jam in our mind, with all of the tasks trying to get our attention. Overwhelm can cause us to procrastinate or stay stuck and not take any steps forward.
- Fear & Uncertainty
When we embark on a journey towards our goals, especially when the journey is filled with unfamiliar new uncertain situations, fear can creep up preventing us taking those next steps.
- Not Enough Time or Energy
Sometimes, we plan to spend some time to work on our goals, we may even already create the time in our schedule. But then, other things may come up or we're already drained and we end up not working on them.
With Goals with Flow, along with my experiences as a Mind Body Eating Coach, I will be sharing tools and insights to navigate these hurdles, so that you can reach your goals with more ease and flow.
These tools and insights will center around these 3 guide posts:
1. Navigating Emotional Hurdles
In our journey towards our goals, we may encounter feelings such as overwhelm, fear, doubt, and learning to navigate these emotional hurdles is essential so that it doesn't keep us stuck and allows us to take the next steps forward.
2. Design your Days to Support your Energy & Emotions
As a Mind Body Eating Coach, I’ve learned that our energy and emotions ebb and flow throughout the day.
When we ignore these cues and don’t give space for our energy and emotions, this can lead to stress, exhaustion, and burnout.
Imagine, being able to go through your day, not just with a list of tasks, but to be able to check in with your energy levels and how you feel. Learning to listen to your energy and emotional cues will empower you to plan your day in a way that energizes you and brings you emotional fulfillment.
3. Build your Personal Roadmap to Success
We all work differently and not 1 system will work for everyone. What's important is to be able to reflect, learn, and identify on what works best for you.
The FLOW framework will help guide you in developing your own personal system to help you reach your goals. The framework will help you find your focus, become more aware of your emotions and energy, learn from your experiences and foster gratitude along your journey.
